Dance Technique for Gymnasts & Athletes

Adult Fitness

AcroGymnastics - Age 7 and up

A unique class which combines Acrobatic Gymnastics, Hand Balancing, Tumbling and Dance.  A little bit of Circus Fun!  Taught by Diane Floyd.

 

Family Gym - A Special Class for Moms, Dads and Kids!

Work, play and learn together. This is a full participation, full out INTERACTIVE workout for the whole family.  One Adult & One Child included in tuition.  Additional Family Members - 50% each.  Gymnastics for All!

 

Dance Technique for Gymnasts - Age 7 and up

Fundamental Dance Technique designed for Gymnasts and Athletes. Posture, alignment, flexibility, efficient/effective/safe use of the human body in motion - with a dash of Performance and Style.

 

Adult Fitness Classes - Age 15 and up

Morning Workout with Jenny Alderton

Body weight exercise mixed with light weights/resistance bands/stability ball and more, focus on improving balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination.

 

Sign up for a full session of a specific class (15 weeks) or for a "10 class card" that can be used in any adult class during the session.  And - if your little ones are in a class downstairs, we'll be happy to bring them up to join the grown-ups for the last few minutes of their workout!
