Adult Fitness - Age 15 and up
Sign up for a full session of a specific class (15 weeks) or for a "10 class card" that can be used in any adult class during the session. And - if your little ones are in a class downstairs, we'll be happy to bring them up to join the grown-ups for the last few minutes of their workout!
The Breakfast Barre with Dane Floyd
Mindful Gymnastics for Adults. A gentle, eclectic mix of exercises - drawing from Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and a variety of other movement disciplines.
Morning Workout with Jenny Alderton
Adult Fitness -body weight exercise mixed with light weights/resistance bands/stability ball and more, focus on improving balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination.
